This is a small nanny employment agency offering a very personal service, owned and operated by myself, a mother of two small girls. I am an ex-NNEB Nanny, with over 14 years experience working in both the U.K. and abroad. As I have been both a nanny, and have hired nannies, I feel this will help me to place the right nanny in your home and help with any questions that may arise.

Before recruiting my nannies, I will personally interview them, looking for the qualities that I would want from someone looking after my own children. I will only accept them into the agency, and send them for interviews with you, if I myself feel confident with them. I will also check their employment references and ask them to get a police record check pending a job offer made.

From my experience, I know how hard it can be for a new nanny to fit into your family situation. I will keep in contact with both the nanny and you the employer and will be available to negotiate and mediate any "growing pains". I can also supply a list of other nannies in your area, as well as a list of places to see and things to do with the children in and around Vancouver, for both their use and yours.

I will help to set up interviews, supply you with a list of helpful questions to ask at the interview and keep in contact with you through out the entire process. Once you have decided on the nanny for your family I will help to write a job offer and when this is agreed on I will supply you with a contract for the placement of the nanny. I will also supply you with "How to make the placement a success" there is ongoing support at any time you have one of my nannies.
